About Us Pyramid Management Group is one of the largest and most innovative privately held developers, owners, and managers of premier commercial retail shopping centers in the Northeast. Our Leasing team is dedicated to shaping unique dining, shopping, and entertainment destinations. We are seeking a highly professional, motivated Senior Leasing Assistant to provide elite administrative and executive support within our high-volume Commercial Real Estate Leasing department. Position Overview This is a highly visible, fast-paced corporate role. You will work behind the scenes of high-impact real estate deals, acting as the operational backbone for our executive leasing team. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, possesses impeccable professional discretion, and understands the urgency of a deal-driven commercial real estate environment. [ 1 ]
Key Responsibilities Executive & Deal Support:
Provide comprehensive, executive-level administrative assistance to the senior leasing leadership team.
Leasing Documentation:
Draft, format, and manage critical commercial real estate correspondence, letters of intent (LOIs), memorandums, and corporate reports.
Presentation Prep:
Create high-quality visual presentation materials and pitch decks for tenant meetings and corporate portfolios.
Logistics Management:
Coordinate group meetings, compile complex executive travel itineraries, and manage time and expense reports.
Qualifications & Skills Education:
Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field required.
Experience:
3 to 5 years of proven experience providing administrative support at the executive or corporate real estate level.
Software Proficiency:
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a high level of comfort adapting to property management or CRM tracking platforms.
