Monday to Friday between 7am -3pm Potential for Hybrid-Remote schedule after probationary period is completed. We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to join our team! This vital role offers the opportunity to support senior leadership for our construction company with a wide range of administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient functions on the field. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills, ready to handle multiple responsibilities with enthusiasm. Key Responsibilities Support the owner with daily administrative and operational tasks. Manage communications with clients, partners, field staff, and the field team. Draft, edit, organize, and maintain documents, reports, correspondence, and business materials. Use Microsoft Office and SharePoint to support daily operations and document management. Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, deadlines, and follow-ups. Support business development, special projects, and internal coordination. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Handle personal tasks for the executive when needed, i.e. scheduling vehicle maintenance and detail work. Additional tasks as needed Qualifications Ideal candidates will have: Assistant, executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar experience. Strong writing skills, with background in creative writing experience preferred. Strong computer, communication, organization, and attention-to-detail skills. Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; SharePoint experience preferred. Reliability, adaptability, sound judgment, discretion, initiative, and problem-solving ability. Willingness to work in an administrative role on an active construction job site. Valid US Driver's License and personal vehicle required. Why Join Us?
