ASAP Are you looking for an opportunity where your finance skills can make a direct contribution while allowing you to collaborate with a knowledgeable team? A growing organization in the Akron area is seeking an Executive Treasury Assistant to provide key support across its financial operations. In this role, you'll assist with daily banking activities, cash positioning, treasury-related responsibilities, and accounting support. You'll partner with members of the finance leadership team to maintain accurate financial processes, keep transactions moving efficiently, and help support the organization's overall financial operations. What You'll Do As a Treasury Assistant, you will be responsible for: Import banking data and reporting into Power BI to support cash-flow analysis and financial reporting. Process and record physical check deposits while maintaining accuracy and proper documentation. Monitor and organize bank activity and statements for approximately 20 accounts held with three separate financial institutions. Coordinate account funding and replenishment needs while gaining familiarity with the allocation and movement of investment funds. Participate in occasional evening meetings, approximately once every couple months, as business needs require. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or another closely related discipline. Previous professional experience in banking, commercial banking operations, cash management, or financial transfers is required. Open to candidates with varied financial backgrounds, including Accounts Payable, junior accounting, or treasury experience; up to five years of corporate-level experience is acceptable. Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and familiar with digital business tools such as DocuSign and SharePoint. Experience using Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) is preferred; exposure to Sage or comparable accounting platforms is an advantage.
