+ Installation Services. Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and polished Executive Assistant to support the President and other members of the executive team. This position serves as a key partner to the President and a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking, solutions-oriented professional with exceptional judgment, strong business acumen, and outstanding organizational and communication skills. This individual will be comfortable managing sensitive information, navigating competing priorities, and anticipating needs in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, discreet, and confident working with people at all levels of an organization. Key Responsibilities Manage the President's calendar, including scheduling, prioritization, and gatekeeping. Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and executive activities. Coordinate all aspects of business travel, including flights, ground transportation, accommodations, and itineraries. Prepare meetings for maximum effectiveness, including agendas, pre-reads, handouts, presentations, technology, meeting spaces, and other logistics. Research and coordinate venues, catering, entertainment, and other event-related needs. Support quarterly Board meetings and company Townhalls, including presentation preparation and meeting logistics. Monitor and prioritize incoming mail and email, ensuring important matters receive timely attention. Communicate on behalf of the President with internal and external stakeholders. Maintain organized administrative files, records, documents, and other confidential information. Compile and organize business and personal expenses, invoices, and financial documentation. Handle sensitive business and personal information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion. Anticipate needs, identify potential issues, and proactively provide solutions. Provide additional administrative and organizational support to the executive team as needed. Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 3 years of related executive or administrative experience . Associate or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered. Expert-level written and verbal communication skills. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business technology. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
