Job Description
Our client is seeking a polished and highly organized Executive Assistant / Receptionist to support the CEO and serve as the first point of contact for the office. The top priorities in this role are managing the CEO's calendar, coordinating meetings, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks while maintaining a professional front desk presence.
What you'll do:
Coordinate the CEO's schedule, meetings, and daily prioritiesManage meeting logistics, materials, and follow-upGreet visitors and answer incoming calls with professionalismSupport front desk operations, mail, and general office coordinationAssist with additional administrative duties as neededWhat we're looking for:
Experience in an executive assistant, administrative, or receptionist roleProfessional services industry experience preferredStrong scheduling, communication, and organizational skillsProfessional demeanor and ability to handle confidential informationAbility to start immediatelyOpen to a contract-to-hire opportunity
