SUMMARY RHM
Real Estate Group is seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant
  • Executive Team to provide high-level administrative, organizational, and personal support to the executive leadership team.
Serving in a coordinating role between executive leadership, corporate departments, and external business partners, the ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, can manage multiple simultaneous priorities, and maintains a high degree of professionalism and confidentially.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive Support
  • Administrative support for executive team including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements; coordinate scheduling to maximize efficiency and productivity; prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and meeting materials. Meeting & Project Coordination
  • Schedule and coordinative executive meetings, leadership conferences, board meetings, and special events; monitor project timelines and follow-up activities; assist with cross-functional projects as assigned. Communication & Relationship Management
  • Serve a professional representative of executive team with employees, residents, investors, and partners; draft communications and announcements on behalf of executive team; assist with internal and company-wide communications. Administrative Functions
  • Manage electronic and physical filing systems; maintain confidential personnel, financial, and business records; process invoices, expense reports, and other administrative documentation; support coordination of personal appointments, reservations, deliveries, errands, and time-sensitive tasks while exercising sound judgement and confidentiality. Confidentiality & Compliance
  • Handle sensitive business information with a high level of discretion and professionalism; maintain compliance with company policy and applicable federal, state, and local law; protect confidential employee, financial, and ownership information.
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of administrative support experience required
  • experience specifically supporting senior corporate leadership preferred Associate's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field required; Bachelor's degree in previously-listed fields preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skill Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities Ability to work independent with minimal supervision Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and sound judgement Strong working proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite•including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Team Experience is multifamily housing, property management, real estate, or related industries is a plus Familiarity with Yardi, RealPage, Entrata or similar property management software is a plus
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$22.00
  • $26.

WORK SETTING & DETAIL
Full-time schedule: Monday
