Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Must have good writing skills, be well-organized, able to act independently, and manage large volumes of information. Significant experience in word processing and data management.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to move about the building and community throughout the day. Must be able to drive a car and travel to outlying areas. Vision and hearing as are sufficient to carry out tasks and engage in conversation are necessary. Requires periods of high effort and ability to learn and understand complex materials.
General Description:
The executive assistant works under the direction and supervision of the executive director to assist the executive director to oversee multi-faceted operations of the organization. Willingness to do whatever needs done to advance the mission.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Provide committee/coalition support as requested, including to the area continuum of care and its work groups, the statewide continuum of care, the Human Services Alliance, and its committees. 2. Provide grant packaging support 3. Assist in fiscal department organizational support 4. Track and report organizational standards 5. Manage compliance with open meeting requirements 6. Participate with the director in completing special projects 7. Assist with grant documentation and compliance 8. Other duties as assigned by the executive director.
Pay:
$48,500.00 - $50,000.00 per year
