Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a part-time Executive Assistant to provide administrative and organizational support to our Chief Operating Officer. This role is designed to grow into a full-time position as the company continues to expand, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow alongside a rapidly developing organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a college student looking to gain professional experience while developing valuable business and executive support skills. While the primary focus is executive support and administrative excellence, there will also be opportunities to contribute to special projects based on your interests, strengths, and experience. Duties Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries Prepare meeting agendas and take meeting notes Draft, edit, and proofread emails Organize digital files and maintain company records Assist with research and administrative projects Support special projects based on company needs and individual interests Maintain confidential information with professionalism and discretion Qualifications 1+ year of executive assistant, administrative assistant, or office management experience preferred but not required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines High level of professionalism and discretion Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Proficient with Google Workspace Experience with project management software or CRM systems is a plus This role is ideal for someone who: Loves organization and creating efficient systems Takes initiative and is receptive to feedback Is dependable and highly detail-oriented Communicates professionally with executives, vendors, and partners Enjoys learning new skills and taking on new challenges Can remain calm under pressure while managing competing priorities Wants to grow with a rapidly expanding company Why Join Preservan?
