Job Responsibilities Include:
Assist the Executive Director in the planning, development, organization, and implementation of the day-to-day functions of the community. Assume administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for directing the management and control of the community in the absence of the Executive Director Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are met Lead, develop, and support staff through role modeling and the company culture Serve as sales leader of the community driving community occupancy, marketing outreach, and referrals Meet or exceed the financial goals of the community through revenue generating expense management and labor control Supervise and lead one or two of the community management teams to ensure a smooth operation that meets the needs of residents, families, associates and visitors
Qualifications:
College degree required Administrator's license/certification per state requirements preferred The ability to handle emergency situations calmly and completely is essential
