Responsibilities Manage executive calendars with precision, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements while prioritizing urgent matters. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with attention to detail and accuracy. Coordinate logistics for meetings, including booking venues, arranging catering, and preparing necessary materials. Handle incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy while directing inquiries appropriately. Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical—and ensure data entry accuracy across spreadsheets and databases. Support office management tasks such as supply procurement, equipment maintenance, and overseeing front desk operations. Assist with project coordination by tracking deadlines, following up on action items, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with experience using productivity software for efficient task management. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for client interaction and customer support. Technical proficiency in office management tools such as QuickBooks for financial tasks and multi-line phone systems for communication flow. Bilingual abilities are a plus to facilitate diverse client interactions and team collaboration. Demonstrated experience in administrative support roles including calendar management, data entry, proofreading, and clerical tasks. Computer literacy with advanced skills in spreadsheets, word processing, and general office technology to enhance productivity.
Pay:
$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
