Job Description

CTDI is a large-scale Engineering, Repair, and Logistics company that services the country's largest wireless telecommunications providers, as well as the largest High-speed Internet & Cable providers. Located in CTDI's global headquarters, this highly visible role provides advanced executive administrative support to the CEO and COO. The Executive Assistant will be a trusted, proactive partner who can manage complex calendars, coordinate competing priorities, and support communications with discretion, professionalism, and strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate has direct experience supporting C-suite executives and operating with exceptional judgement, organization, and discretion.

8:00AM - 4:45PM, Monday -
Friday Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and COO, serving as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Own complex calendar management for multiple C-suite executives, including prioritizing meetings, resolving conflicts, managing changes, and anticipating scheduling needs. Partner closely with executive direct reports, Chiefs of Staff, executive assistants, and leadership teams to coordinate priorities, follow-ups, and time-sensitive requests. Coordinate executive meetings and related follow-up action items. Manage executive communications across multiple platforms. Handle confidential information and sensitive matters with the highest level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism. Arrange domestic and international travel, manage last-minute changes, and coordinate related expense reporting and documentation. Anticipate executive needs, proactively resolve issues, and maintain exceptional organization, responsiveness, and follow-through.
Qualifications & Experience:
7+ years of executive-level administrative experience supporting CEOs, COOs, Presidents, or equivalent C-suite executives. Demonstrated experience managing complex executive calendars with competing priorities across multiple stakeholders and time zones. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment requiring sound judgment, discretion, and adaptability. Proven ability to build effective partnerships across executive leadership teams and key stakeholders. Exceptional organizational, communication, and project coordination skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related business tools. Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion with highly sensitive information. Experience coordinating executive travel, board meetings, leadership events, and strategic planning sessions preferred. You will love working in our family-oriented company!
