About the Opportunity I'm looking for someone who wants to become an extension of me, not just an assistant. I own and operate three growing businesses: An Insurance Agency A Property Management Company Agri-tourism Farm Every day is different. One morning you may be responding to client emails, the next you could be planning a marketing campaign, coordinating vendors, organizing an event at the farm, creating social media content, or solving a problem that no one has ever encountered before. This is not a position where every task is spelled out. Instead, I'll tell you the priorities for the day, and I need someone who can take ownership, figure things out, and make things happen. If you're the kind of person who enjoys learning, solving problems, using technology, and wearing lots of hats, you'll probably love this job. What You'll Do Every day is different, but responsibilities may include: Communication Respond to emails and messages as if you were me. Handle client communication professionally and promptly. Follow up with prospects and clients. Coordinate appointments and meetings. Keep projects moving without being asked. Marketing Manage Facebook and other social media accounts. Create educational and engaging content. Help plan community events and marketing campaigns. Coordinate with local businesses and community partners. Brainstorm new ways to grow each business. Operations Help manage projects across all three businesses. Coordinate vendors and contractors. Organize documents and systems. Track follow-up items. Research solutions when challenges come up. Customer Service Assist insurance clients with routine requests Communicate with farm guests and event attendees. Make sure people receive an exceptional experience. Technology & AI Use ChatGPT and other AI tools daily. Find ways to automate repetitive work. Learn new software quickly. Improve systems instead of simply following them.
