For more information, visit SolomonEdwards Solomon Edwards is immediately seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant on contract to hire basis for a financial services company located in Center City, Philadelphia. The Executive Administrative Assistant will work primarily remote however regional candidates are required as there will be some on-site requirements in their office needed several times a month. Responsibilities of the Executive Administrative Assistant Provide direct administrative support to the President/CEO, CFO, and other key leaders, including complex calendar management, scheduling, meeting coordination, off-site retreats, and travel arrangements. Manage competing priorities and proactively identify scheduling conflicts, deadlines, and other time-sensitive matters requiring executive attention. Serve as a primary liaison between executive leadership and employees, vendors, board members, and other internal and external stakeholders. Screen and prioritize incoming calls, visitors, correspondence, and requests while exercising sound judgment, professionalism, and diplomacy. Prepare, review, edit, and distribute executive communications, including correspondence, memoranda, reports, forms, presentations, and other business materials. Coordinate meetings and related logistics for the Executive Leadership Team. Prepare meeting materials, maintain accurate meeting minutes, track follow-up items, and support the timely distribution of information. Maintain and administer the organization's board portal, ensuring board materials and related documentation are accurate, organized, and accessible. Organize and maintain corporate, historical, and confidential electronic and paper records. Maintain the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive organizational, executive, employee, and board-related matters. Requirements of the Executive Administrative Assistant Minimum of five years of progressively responsible administrative experience supporting senior-level executives and/or boards of directors. Demonstrated experience managing complex executive calendars, meetings, travel, and multiple competing priorities. Exceptional organizational, planning, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate professionally with executives, board members, employees, residents and families, vendors, and external constituents. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong writing, editing, proofreading, and document-formatting capabilities. Sound judgment, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to independently manage confidential and sensitive information. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other office productivity tools, with the ability to quickly learn new technology, software, and administrative systems. Proactive and resourceful approach, with the ability to anticipate executive needs, solve problems, and follow through on responsibilities with minimal supervision.

The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training. A reasonable estimate for the current hourly range for this role is $40 - $45.Benefits:
