Job Description

Executive Assistant Responsibilities Administrative support
  • Performs complex administrative activities and takes responsibility for delivering specific department processes/programs. Documentation
  • Research, compiles and issues special reports, presentations, organization charts, correspondence, etc. and other documents as requested. Communication
  • Responsible for different communication tasks within the area of responsibility, ensuring knowledge and information is shared and keeping others up to date. Processes
  • Implements company processes and initiates continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Confidential support
  • Acts as point of contact for internal/external enquiries by phone and email, initiates action and makes judgments about urgency of issues. Provides confidential support to individual executives and/or management team members. Events
  • Arranges business critical internal/external events, including for example travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodation, conference registration, visiting speakers etc. Financial support
  • Provides financial support on a department/project level, monitoring budget spend, raising and approving requisitions/invoices, etc.
Executive Assistant Minimum Requirements Excellent level knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Office 365) 5+ years of experience Broad knowledge of business processes and prior work supporting complex organizations, including global and remote teams. Executive Assistant Desired Requirements Highly preferred experience: SAP and SalesForce Support internal teams including correspondence globally within the business and externally with customers as needed Able to execute complex tasks with minimal supervision, able to work with senior level business managers and global stakeholders High level communication skills, including proactive work style
