full-time A premier real estate and economic development consulting firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to join the team in NYC . Known for its analytical rigor and strategic insight, the firm partners with a diverse range of clients to bring ambitious visions to life. With offices across major U.S. cities and projects spanning from Brooklyn to Medellín, it offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment where innovation and impact go hand in hand. Who You Are You have a minimum of 3 years' experience supporting C-level executives Skilled in managing complex calendars and travel arrangements Strong organizational and time management abilities with multitasking skills Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Able to handle confidential information with discretion Degree preferred; experience in professional services or consulting is a plus What You'll Do Manage senior leaders' calendars, anticipating and resolving conflicts Coordinate detailed travel plans, including urgent changes Handle administrative tasks such as expense reporting, timesheets, and tech support Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including Partners and Board Members Support Studio operations, including meetings, events, and Zoom hosting Assist with special projects and provide backup support to the admin team What Success Looks Like Leaders' schedules and travel run smoothly with minimal issues Administrative tasks are accurate and completed on time Meetings and events are well-organized and executed seamlessly You demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and adaptability daily

Salary Range:

$95,000 - 100,000 annually, based on experience
