Job Purpose The Executive Assistant provides administrative and development support to the Executive Director, helping ensure efficient daily operations and timely completion of organizational priorities. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who excels in a collaborative, behind-the-scenes support capacity. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Executive Director, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination. Prepare, organize, and format documents, reports, and correspondence. Maintain and update donor and organizational records, primarily in Little Green Light (LGL). Support event planning and logistics, including materials preparation, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication. Assist with development-related outreach and follow-up for events and campaigns. Conduct basic grant research and compile funding opportunities for review. Maintain organized digital files, records, and administrative systems. Help track and complete administrative tasks and action items in a timely manner. Skills & Competencies Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with staff across departments. Proficiency with CRM or donor database systems preferred. Commitment to maintaining a positive, inclusive, and mission-driven work environment. Required Qualifications Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.) and standard computer applications. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening. Preferred Qualifications Experience with donor management or CRM systems, including Little Green Light. Familiarity with adaptive sports, inclusive programming, or services for individuals with physical disabilities.
