Cleaning staff keep assigned locations, such as offices, factories, financial institutions, or medical buildings in clean and orderly condition. Understand and follow instructions, both verbal and written. Also maintain a level of professionalism regarding punctuality, dependability, and communication.

Basic duties include:

Follow all company procedures, policies, and rules. Take direction and respond to supervision. Talk with co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner. Present a professional appearance and conduct. Performs cleaning and sanitation of common areas, bathrooms and break rooms General floor maintenance (i.e., mopping, vacuuming) Maintains a neat and orderly janitors' closet/area; ensures cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked. Required Skills/Abilities Must pass a background check. Prolonged periods standing. Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 35 pounds at a time.
