The Executive Assistant provides high-level strategic, operational, communication, and administrative support to the CEO and Senior leadership team. This role serves as a trusted partner to the CEO, driving organizational priorities, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, managing executive communications, and ensuring alignment across the organization. The position is responsible for facilitating the execution of strategic projects, supporting leadership meetings and planning processes, managing internal communications and employee engagement initiatives, and overseeing executive-level administrative functions including scheduling, travel, events, and meeting coordination. The role acts as a liaison between executives, departments, employees, vendors, and global headquarters while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Strategic & Executive Leadership Support Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to support strategic priorities, business planning, and organizational initiatives. Coordinate and monitor cross-functional projects, ensuring accountability, alignment, and successful execution. Prepare executive briefings, presentations, business reviews, and leadership meeting materials. Facilitate leadership meetings, track action items, and drive follow-through on key decisions. Support strategic planning, goal-setting, budgeting, and performance review processes. Identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness and business operations. Executive Operations & Administration Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, meetings, and business logistics. Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodations, transportation, and related itineraries. Manage executive expenses, reporting, and related administrative processes. Maintain executive records, presentations, reports, and confidential documents. Serve as a trusted liaison between the CEO, executive leadership, employees, vendors, and global headquarters. Internal Communications & Employee Engagement Develop and execute internal communication plans that support company objectives and employee engagement. Draft and manage executive, leadership, and company-wide communications. Coordinate messaging for town halls, leadership meetings, company events, and organizational initiatives. Manage communication channels and ensure consistency of messaging across the organization. Gather employee feedback and recommend communication and engagement improvements. Meetings, Events & Project Coordination Lead planning and execution of executive meetings, leadership off-sites, town halls, and company events. Coordinate meeting logistics, materials, communications, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions. Organize internal and external events and support executive presentations and speaking engagements. Manage special projects and change management initiatives as assigned. Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
Must be organized, efficient, a problem solver and thrive in a fast-paced environment; Must be polished and professional, able to work longer hours when needed; Correspond with business and personal contacts in a professional and efficient manner always giving the utmost care to maintaining confidentiality and professional decorum; Minimum 5 years of experience in similar executive/administrative assistant roles with senior leaders; Bachelor's degree preferred; Positive and proactive multi-tasker with a strong sense of urgency and a "get things done" attitude; Tech savvy with familiarity with administrative software tools and the ability to quickly learn and use new systems; Recognize and appropriately handle highly sensitive and confidential material and information; Technically strong with advanced Microsoft Office skills: Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position does not have supervisory responsibility.
Travel:
This position requires up to 5% travel. International travel may be required on occasion.

$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
