This role is designed for a master of logistics, someone who can anticipate needs before they arise and manage the complexities of a fast-paced executive office with poise and precision. Key Responsibilities Strategic Calendar & Time Management Manage complex, high-volume calendars with a deep understanding of business priorities.
Meeting Logistics:
Coordinate end-to-end meeting requirements, including room bookings, tech setups, agenda preparation, etc.
Travel Coordination:
Arrange comprehensive domestic travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, ground transport, etc.
Communication & Representation Liaison:
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all interactions reflect the executive's professional standards.
Correspondence:
Draft, proofread, and manage high-level communications, including emails, memos, and presentations.
Information Flow:
Ensure the executive is fully briefed for all engagements with necessary background research and materials.
Project Coordination & Operations Special Projects:
Lead or assist in ad-hoc projects, from research initiatives to the planning of offsites.
Process Improvement:
Continuously identify ways to streamline administrative workflows to increase executive productivity.

Your systems are flawless and easy for others to follow. Qualifications Experience supporting senior-level professionals preferred. Exceptional proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines.
