She is also a lawyer, and among her ventures is her role as an investor and partner in Legal Experts AI. This is an unusual opportunity for an exceptional recent graduate or early-career professional who isn't looking for a conventional first or second job. You will work directly alongside the chief executive and her global leadership team, initially becoming deeply involved in how businesses are operated, decisions are made, opportunities are evaluated, and priorities move from an idea to execution. Over time, the objective is for you to become more than someone who supports the executive team. You should develop the judgment, context, and ownership to represent them, build alongside them, and eventually lead your own initiatives. The role can be part-time or full-time and is hybrid, based in the Las Vegas area. Candidates currently based elsewhere who are willing to relocate are encouraged to apply. Roles and Responsibilities Work directly with the executive across multiple businesses, investments, and strategic initiatives. Manage and coordinate executive priorities, meetings, communications, follow-ups, and time-sensitive tasks. Conduct research across industries, markets, companies, competitors, technologies, and emerging opportunities. Analyze information and prepare concise briefs, reports, presentations, and recommendations to support decision-making. Evaluate potential partnerships, investments, business opportunities, and new ventures. Leverage Claude and other AI tools for research, analysis, writing, ideation, automation, and workflow optimization. Stay current with developments in AI, technology, business, marketing, and emerging digital tools, identifying practical applications for the organization. Support business development, digital marketing, social media, strategic outreach, and external positioning initiatives. Translate ideas into structured action plans and coordinate projects, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables through completion. Identify potential issues, gaps, and opportunities proactively and take ownership of developing and implementing solutions. Assist with recruitment, candidate evaluation, onboarding, and coordination of employees, contractors, advisors, attorneys, vendors, and partners. Represent the executive and affiliated businesses professionally in meetings, events, and external engagements, with opportunities for increased responsibility and domestic travel over time.
Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. Advanced familiarity with Claude and a strong interest in ChatGPT, Gemini, and emerging AI technologies. The ability to conduct high-quality research on unfamiliar topics quickly.
