Salt Lake City, Utah Employment:
Full-time, hybrid with regular in-person work Reports to: Founder; partners closely with the
Head of Brand & Growth Compensation:
$70,000-$90,000 base salary plus up to a 10% performance bonus About WomenKind Some people make everything around them run beautifully. We're looking for one of them. WomenKind Health is a physician-owned women's healthcare company being built with the standards of the world's best premium brands—in medicine, design, communication, service, and every detail of how people are treated. We are self-funded, deliberately small, and at the beginning of building something we believe can become exceptional. This role will sit close to the center of it. You will work directly with the founder—a physician—and our Head of Brand & Growth in a position that combines exceptional executive support with hands-on content and production coordination. The founder sets overall priorities, while the Head of Brand & Growth directs public-facing content work. You will see how a premium healthcare company is built from the inside, and your fingerprints will be on a great deal of it. What the Role Looks Like This position has two equally important sides. Executive Support You will multiply the founder's effectiveness by: Owning calendar management, travel, and scheduling with excellent judgment. Triaging priorities, correspondence, and follow-ups. Preparing concise meeting briefs and ensuring commitments do not disappear after meetings. Coordinating vendors, invoices, events, appointments, and day-to-day logistics. Anticipating needs before they become problems. Handling confidential business information with discretion and following all applicable privacy and security procedures. We are not looking merely for someone who completes tasks quickly. We are looking for someone who notices what needs to happen next. Content and Production Coordination You will also help keep WomenKind's growing content engine moving.
Your work may include:
Coordinating the logistics of the WomenKind podcast. Researching guests and preparing interview briefs. Scheduling recording sessions and coordinating with our production agency. Managing publishing checklists and editorial calendars. Helping transform long-form content into clips, quote graphics, carousels, newsletter segments, and other formats. Drafting first-pass social captions and communications in the WomenKind voice. Organizing our content and media asset library. Coordinating straightforward website and content updates with outside partners. All public-facing work will operate under the direction of our Head of Brand & Growth. You do not need to arrive as a professional video editor or designer. You do need to be curious, visually aware, capable of learning quickly, and proud of making things better. Who Thrives Here There are several paths into this role.
You might be:
An exceptional executive assistant who has always had a creative side. A luxury hospitality professional from a five-star hotel, resort, private club, or concierge operation—the person guests ask for by name. A coordinator at a strong boutique agency who loves organization as much as content. Someone early in a promising career looking for an unusually high-exposure place to learn. What matters most is not your exact background. It is how you operate. What We Value Exceptional judgment. A service instinct that anticipates rather than reacts. Warmth, polish, and discretion. Excellent organization and follow-through. Strong written communication. The ability to remain calm when several things are happening at once. Curiosity and comfort learning new technology. Genuine pride in the details. Experience with Canva is helpful. Familiarity with Descript, CapCut, or similar tools is a strong plus. Comfort using AI tools for research, drafting, organization, and workflow is necessary—and we will help the right person become excellent at using them. Healthcare experience is helpful but not required. Our Hiring Philosophy We would rather hire someone thoughtful, motivated, polished, and eager to learn than someone with the perfect résumé who has stopped being curious. Service instinct and judgment matter most. Why This Is an Unusual Opportunity As one of WomenKind's earliest employees, you will work closely with the people making decisions rather than several layers away from them. You will learn how a company is built across brand, operations, patient experience, content, technology, partnerships, and growth—while becoming exceptionally good at the work in front of you. As WomenKind scales, this position can grow with you, whether your strengths ultimately pull you toward content production or company operations. We are not promising a predetermined title; we are promising that excellent work will create opportunity.
Compensation and Benefits Base salary:
$70,000-$90,000, commensurate with experience.
Performance bonus:
Up to 10%.
Benefits:
Health, dental, vision, and 401(k).
Long-term incentive:
The successful candidate may be considered for future long-term incentive programs, subject to plan terms, eligibility, and company approval. How to Apply Apply through Wellfound or email with: A short note introducing yourself and explaining why this role interests you. Write it in your own voice—we will consider it a writing sample.
