Executive Assistant (Part-Time) Ann Arbor Area | 20-25 Hours Per Week Michigan CFO Associates is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a well-established, fast-paced practice in the Ann Arbor area for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO/Owner. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys serving as a trusted partner to a busy executive. This is a high-level position that requires outstanding judgment, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in helping the CEO stay focused on strategic priorities by managing day-to-day administrative responsibilities and facilitating effective communication throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain a complex, ever-changing executive calendar, ensuring priorities are aligned and schedules are optimized. Review, prioritize, and assist in managing a high volume of emails and correspondence. Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and other scheduling needs. Serve as a primary point of coordination between the CEO and internal team members, helping streamline communication, manage requests, and ensure priorities are handled efficiently. Plan and coordinate company meetings, events, and special projects. Assist with employee-related administrative tasks and organizational initiatives. Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials as needed. Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism. Provide general executive and administrative support while anticipating the needs of the CEO and helping maintain smooth daily operations. Perform other administrative and special project duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting a senior executive in a fast-paced environment is required. Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars, executive communications, and competing priorities. Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain professionalism, and work independently. Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and standard business technology. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities. Absolute discretion and confidentiality are essential. This position will regularly involve access to highly sensitive business and personnel information, making trust, integrity, and professionalism critical to success. Schedule Approximately 20-25 hours per week to start. Candidates must offer scheduling flexibility, as occasional adjustments to hours may be needed to support business and executive priorities.
