We're active in Texas, Illinois, Florida, Oklahoma, and Kansas, and growing. When an imaging center is short a technologist tomorrow morning, we're the call they make, and how well we answer it is the whole business. We're a small team that moves fast. This role exists because our CEO is currently the account manager, the recruiter, and his own scheduler, and the company has outgrown that. The role You'll be the CEO's right hand and the steady point of contact for our clients and technologists. Your week splits across three things: keeping clients covered and cared for, keeping the technologist pipeline moving from first conversation to first shift, and keeping the CEO's time pointed at the work only he can do. This is not a calendar-only assistant role. It suits someone who likes owning outcomes, switches gears without losing the thread, and wants to grow into operations leadership as we scale. What you'll do Client accounts Serve as the day-to-day contact for facility clients: coverage requests, shift confirmations, schedule changes, and questions Follow up after shifts and resolve issues before they become complaints; escalate what needs the CEO Keep client records current, including contacts, invoicing details, timesheet approvers, and site preferences Support new-client setup: service agreements, payment paperwork, and first-shift coordination Notice coverage patterns and flag ways to serve a client better Recruiting and onboarding Source and screen technologists (MRI, CT, X-ray, ultrasound, PET) and allied health and dental professionals for open and upcoming needs Schedule and run first-round interviews, and move strong candidates forward quickly Own onboarding through to first shift: credentials, licenses, W-9, payment setup, signed documents, and facility orientation Track the pipeline weekly against hiring targets by market and modality, and say early when we're behind Stay in touch with active technologists so they remain engaged and available Executive support Manage the CEO's calendar, inbox triage, and meeting prep Keep priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups from slipping, both his and the team's Draft correspondence, prepare documents, and route agreements for e-signature Coordinate across market operations leads, vendors, and outside advisors Take on special projects as the company grows What you bring Must-haves 3+ years in a role where you juggled clients, candidates, or an executive's workload, ideally two of the three Experience in staffing, recruiting, healthcare operations, or scheduling and coordination Clear, warm communication by phone, text, and email; clients and technologists should feel looked after Strong organization and follow-through; you close loops without being asked Discretion with confidential business and personal information Comfort with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, e-signature tools, and learning new platforms quickly Flexibility for the occasional early-morning or after-hours coverage call, because per-diem staffing doesn't always keep office hours Based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, with reliable transportation for local travel Nice-to-haves Background in radiology, imaging, or allied health settings Familiarity with credentialing and license verification Experience recruiting on LinkedIn and Indeed Experience supporting a founder or CEO at a small, growing company Details Reports to:
