The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring timely follow-through on leadership directives. Key Responsibilities Executive Support Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, appointments, and daily priorities. Coordinate communications between the CEO, department leaders, vendors, and external partners. Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and track action items and deadlines. Follow up with department managers to ensure assigned tasks are completed on time. Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other executive documents. Handle confidential business, financial, and personnel information with discretion. Operations Support Assist the CEO & Head of Operations with daily oversight and coordination of retail and cultivation operations. Monitor assigned projects, deadlines, and deliverables across company locations. Assist with vendor communications, purchasing requests, invoices, and expense tracking. Coordinate operational meetings and provide regular progress updates to leadership. Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements to workflows and procedures. Administrative & Project Coordination Maintain organized records, reports, contracts, and company documentation. Coordinate schedules, travel arrangements, and company events as needed. Track operational expenses and assist with budget-related reporting. Support HR, Finance, and other departments with administrative projects. Assist with new initiatives, store openings, and company-wide projects. Qualifications Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Support, or in a similar role. Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and business management software. Ability to work independently, anticipate executive needs, and manage competing priorities. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Retail, cannabis, or multi-location operations experience preferred. Flexibility to travel between company locations as needed.
