I'm looking for someone who is unusually resourceful, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of ambiguous problems. The ideal person learns how I operate, anticipates needs, closes open loops, and comes back with "handled" rather than requiring me to coordinate every step. What you'll own: Calendar + travel coordination: Maintain awareness of both work and personal commitments; coordinate flights, hotels, ground transportation and appointments; proactively identify conflicts caused by travel and handle rescheduling. Contractor + vendor coordination: Schedule and follow up with contractors, service providers, builders and other vendors; chase outstanding items; consolidate updates; arrange access; and escalate only decisions that actually require me. Personal logistics + errands: Car service, detailing/washes, dry cleaning, returns, packages, pickups, deliveries, couriers and similar errands around Northern Virginia. Appointments + reservations: Book, confirm, move and coordinate personal appointments, services and reservations.
Home/personal operations:
