This is a hands-on role that will involve a combination of professional and personal responsibilities. The majority of the position will focus on helping me stay organized, manage priorities, coordinate schedules, and handle administrative tasks, but there will also be occasional personal errands and day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently. I am looking for someone who can recognize what needs to be done, take ownership of it, and follow through without requiring constant direction.
Responsibilities Responsibilities may include:
Managing and coordinating calendars, appointments, meetings, and reminders Organizing schedules and helping prioritize day-to-day responsibilities Coordinating travel, reservations, and itineraries Assisting with emails, documents, research, and administrative tasks Communicating and coordinating with employees, vendors, and other business contacts Tracking important deadlines, appointments, and follow-ups Helping organize receipts, records, purchases, and other documentation Making calls and scheduling appointments on my behalf Running occasional local errands throughout the Boise metro area Coordinating personal appointments, reservations, deliveries, and household-related services Handling occasional purchases, returns, pickups, and other personal tasks Assisting with special projects as they arise Maintaining confidentiality regarding both business and personal matters The responsibilities will vary from week to week, so flexibility and the ability to adapt are important. What I'm Looking For Extremely organized and dependable Strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication Comfortable handling both professional and personal responsibilities Able to work independently and solve problems without constant supervision Strong time-management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change Professional and comfortable communicating with executives, employees, vendors, and service providers High level of discretion and confidentiality Comfortable using common technology, calendars, email, spreadsheets, and online platforms Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional local errands Located in the Boise metro area Previous experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, office manager, operations coordinator, or similar position is preferred, but I am primarily looking for someone who is capable, organized, trustworthy, and takes initiative. What Success Looks Like The goal of this position is simple: make my professional and personal schedule easier to manage. The right person will help ensure important tasks don't fall through the cracks, anticipate needs before they become urgent, and take ownership of responsibilities once they are assigned. This is a position with the potential to become a long-term and highly trusted role supporting both my day-to-day responsibilities and the continued growth of a national organization.
Pay:
$20.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
