•Job Summary We're a successful, established Los Angeles-area product development company that helps turn ambitious ideas into real products. Our work spans everything from early concepts and investor-ready prototypes to engineering, manufacturing, and bringing products to market. We work with entrepreneurs, innovators, and organizations on a wide variety of interesting projects. No two days—or clients—are quite the same. We're looking for an experienced, confident, and highly proactive professional to help keep our founder, team, and projects moving forward. This isn't a traditional administrative role. We're looking for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, managing the details, and making things happen. Duties Run weekly team and project meetings, keeping discussions productive and ensuring follow-through. Track project timelines, priorities, deliverables, and deadlines using our existing systems. Help our founder stay focused on priorities, initiate work, and maintain momentum. Manage calendars, protect focused working time, and diplomatically redirect distractions. Coordinate with our largely remote team, contractors, and outside partners. Help assess incoming client requests, competing priorities, and realistic delivery schedules. Identify potential bottlenecks before they become last-minute emergencies. Take ownership of day-to-day operational coordination, initially as part of a 90-day transition from an existing leadership team member. Experience You're an experienced executive assistant, project coordinator, or operations professional who enjoys working closely with entrepreneurial personalities. You're warm, personable, organized , and confident. You're comfortable managing upward, holding people accountable, and occasionally saying, "Let's stop talking about it and get it done." You're equally comfortable thinking about the big picture and getting into the weeds. You don't need an engineering or product development background. What matters most is your ability to organize people, manage priorities, and turn commitments into completed work. Experience supporting founders, entrepreneurs, or small businesses is particularly valuable. The opportunity This is a chance to play a meaningful role in a creative, technically sophisticated company doing varied and interesting work. We're a small, collaborative team with established operational systems and a founder who genuinely welcomes strong support and accountability. The initial engagement will focus on taking ownership of our existing processes, improving day-to-day execution, and helping us determine the best long-term support structure.

Initial engagement:

90 days, with potential for ongoing work.

Pay:

$2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Are you within driving distance of Chatsworth, CA?
