Working in a fast-paced environment, this role plays a critical role in supporting the EVP & General Counsel and the legal department staff. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support by assisting with daily operations, document preparation, and coordination of activities. Assist in the preparation and management of agreements and general correspondence. Edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of attorneys. Develop efficient and effective methods for organizing and retrieving documents, data and information needed by the GC and/or other attorneys. Maintain confidentiality and ensure efficient administrative support across the department. Maintain detailed records of documentation related to company matters, as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications Education & experience
  • high school diploma and 7 years of progressive administrative experience supporting executive and/or senior leadership and 5+ years Microsoft Office experience. Willingness to become a Notary. Experience in a corporate legal department preferred. Adaptability and flexibility

Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at a time.
