Job Description
The Michael Hvizdo Team, a top-producing team with Coldwell Banker Realty, is offering an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organized professional to step into a key support role. We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented individual to start as an Assistant to the team, with potential to grow into a larger role over time—such as operations leadership or other key positions within the team. Michael leads with a high-energy, fast-paced, and high-volume approach, and is actively focused on expanding his business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is excited about being part of a growing, ambitious team.
What You'll Do:
Provide direct administrative support to the team Assist with onboarding new team members Build and manage a team calendar and scheduling Coordinate showings, including booking and mapping routes Organize documents and maintain systems (Office 365, file management, etc.) Support and enhance the overall client experience Manage and contribute to social media efforts Assist with AI tools and technology integration Help build and improve systems to support team growth Coordinate closing gifts and transaction-related detailsWhat We're Looking For:
Highly organized with strong attention to detail A self-starter who takes initiative and follows through Tech-savvy (experience with social media, AI tools, and Office 365 preferred) Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to take direction while also thinking independently and problem-solving Reliable, driven, and eager to grow within a team environment Real estate license is a plus, but not requiredWhy This Role Stands Out:
