Wes:
Talk to WES is a mental health counseling practice providing counseling and behavioral health services to children, teens, and adults . Our practice is growing, and we are looking for a reliable, organized, and flexible administrative assistant to provide direct support to the owner and assist with the day-to-day needs of the practice. Position Overview This is a part-time position, approximately 25 hours per week , with the potential to transition to full-time based on the needs of the practice and the candidate's performance. The position may be offered as either W-2 or 1099 , depending on the arrangement. Health insurance is available for eligible W-2 employees. This position is primarily work-from-home , with occasional in-person meetings and other tasks that may require the person to be physically present. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with occasional driving to offices or other locations to check on things, pick up or drop off items, attend meetings, or handle other business-related needs as necessary. This is a flexible role where responsibilities will vary depending on the current needs of Talk to WES. The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, dependable, resourceful, able to learn quickly, and comfortable taking on different tasks as needed.
Responsibilities may include:
Providing administrative and operational support to the owner Assisting with healthcare provider credentialing and maintaining credentialing documentation Making phone calls and following up with providers, organizations, and other contacts Drafting emails, letters, and other written communications Updating and organizing Excel and Google Sheets Conducting research and gathering information Organizing documents and maintaining records Assisting with scheduling and other administrative tasks Attending occasional in-person meetings Driving to offices or other locations when needed to check on things or handle business-related tasks Completing projects and tasks assigned by the owner Providing general support with the day-to-day operations of the practice The specific responsibilities of this position may change based on the needs of the practice.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills Reliable and dependable Able to work independently and follow through on assignments Comfortable learning new tasks and systems Strong attention to detail Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Docs, and Google Sheets Professional written and verbal communication skills Previous administrative experience preferred Healthcare or credentialing experience is a plus, but training may be provided Polish-speaking is a plus Comfortable driving locally when needed Reliable transportation Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
