Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant to support the CEO of multiple growing businesses. This is a dynamic position where no two days are the same. The ideal candidate enjoys variety, is comfortable managing multiple priorities, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who can work independently, communicate professionally, stay organized, and quickly adapt to new responsibilities. You will play a key role in keeping daily business operations running efficiently while supporting a variety of administrative, operational, and property management tasks. Key Responsibilities Manage and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner. Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and organize appointments. Answer and make phone calls with professionalism and confidence. Organize digital files, documents, and company records. Create, edit, and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and reports using Google Workspace. Assist with day-to-day operations across multiple businesses. Monitor and maintain business workflows and automated processes. Pay bills, track expenses, and manage accounts for commercial properties. Assist with commercial property management, including rent collection, tenant communication, and maintaining accurate records. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers as needed. Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive business information. Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as business needs evolve. QualificationsRequired Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong time management and multitasking abilities. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
