LÉVO is seeking a full-time Growth Operations Director to help build and strengthen the systems that support our continued growth. We are looking for an operational leader who combines systems thinking, technology, data, process improvement, and people development . This person will work closely with LÉVO's outreach and business development leadership to turn growth opportunities into disciplined systems, measurable processes, and reliable execution. This is not simply a marketing role, an IT role, or an operations role. It sits at the intersection of all three. The Growth Operations Director will connect outreach, technology, patient access, and operational performance to help ensure increased awareness and referral activity translate into scheduled patients, exceptional first experiences, and sustainable organizational growth. Primary Responsibilities Growth Strategy & Execution Partner with outreach and business development leadership to turn referral opportunities and growth initiatives into executable plans Build systems to track referral activity, lead movement, patient acquisition, and growth performance Identify and remove operational barriers that prevent growth opportunities from becoming scheduled care Coordinate growth initiatives with clinic capacity, service availability, and organizational priorities Help ensure growth opportunities are consistently captured, measured, followed through, and converted into results Technology & Process Improvement Evaluate workflows and identify opportunities for technology, automation, and system improvement Optimize phone systems, EHR functionality, CRM/referral tools, dashboards, communication platforms, and other operational technology Build workflows that reduce missed opportunities, unnecessary handoffs, duplicated work, and friction Partner with internal and external IT resources to implement solutions that support growth and patient access Train team members and drive consistent adoption of new systems and processes The position description specifically calls for technology to function as a "force multiplier" for execution while supporting rather than replacing human connection. New Patient Acquisition & Patient Access Own and continually improve the new-patient journey from first contact through completed initial appointment Establish clear expectations for response time, contact attempts, scheduling, conversion, and follow-through Improve call answer rates, response times, scheduling effectiveness, and conversion percentages Identify where prospective patients are lost in the process and implement solutions to improve access Develop scripts, tools, workflows, and service standards that support confident, human-centered communication Ensure patients and referral partners receive timely, professional, accurate, and helpful communication Data, Training & Leadership Develop and maintain meaningful growth and patient-access scorecards Monitor key performance indicators and turn data into actionable recommendations Use performance data to guide improvements in staffing, workflow, technology, and training Build training and coaching processes that strengthen competence, confidence, consistency, and ownership Collaborate across outreach, clinic operations, clinical leadership, marketing, IT, and executive leadership Lead with stewardship, clarity, accountability, curiosity, and disciplined follow-through These responsibilities reflect the PD's emphasis on measurable acquisition performance and on using data to drive coaching, staffing, technology, and process decisions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, operations, information systems, marketing, or a related field preferred Equivalent education and demonstrated experience will be considered Experience in operations, growth operations, patient access, business development support, or a related leadership role Demonstrated success improving processes and measurable performance Experience implementing or optimizing technology-enabled workflows Experience with scheduling, intake, CRM, referral management, call-center, or customer/patient acquisition processes preferred Strong systems thinking and process-design ability Comfort working with data, dashboards, metrics, and performance analysis High technological aptitude and ability to learn new platforms quickly Strong project management and follow-through Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Experience training, coaching, or leading teams through change Mental health or outpatient healthcare experience preferred, but not required These qualifications come directly from the formal position description.
