Job Description

About the Role A growing medical aesthetics practice is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and resourceful Executive Assistant and Brand Operations Coordinator to support the owner and help coordinate important business and brand initiatives. This position combines executive and administrative support with market research, training coordination, and communication with outside branding partners. The right person will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, following through on details, and working independently in a growing business. Responsibilities Manage the owner's calendar and schedule meetings Coordinate internal and external meetings, trainings, and related logistics Communicate with branding companies and other outside partners Track projects, deadlines, and follow-up items Conduct market and competitor research on other spas and aesthetic practices Organize research findings and identify ideas that could improve services, branding, and the client experience Prepare documents, notes, summaries, and other business materials Assist with special projects and changing business priorities Handle sensitive business information with professionalism and discretion Qualifications Experience in administrative support, executive support, business coordination, or a similar role Strong organizational and time-management skills Clear and professional written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and follow through without constant supervision Comfortable conducting online research and summarizing findings Strong attention to detail and sound judgment Professional, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality Experience supporting a business owner or working in marketing, branding, wellness, beauty, or aesthetics is helpful but not required Schedule and Work Arrangement This is a 32-hour-per-week hybrid position. The employee will work in the Columbia office one day per week, with the remaining hours worked remotely. Candidates must be able to commute reliably to Columbia, Maryland, for the required in-office day. Compensation $26 to $30 per hour, based on experience.

$26.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 per week
