Our goal is to accelerate and streamline the drug discovery process, ultimately leading to the development of life-saving medications. We are a dynamic and driven team, committed to making a positive impact in the world of science and medicine. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Remote Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. This is a remote position based in Austin, Texas, and we are looking for a candidate with previous experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the executive team's calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations Conduct research and gather information for various projects Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems Handle incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of the executive team Assist with special projects and events as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Self-motivated and able to work independently
