This position provides executive-level administrative, operational, and program support to REMD leadership by coordinating communications, tracking projects and action items, preparing executive correspondence and briefings, maintaining reports, and supporting strategic planning initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with Government leadership and the Project Manager to ensure timely completion of deliverables, support executive decision-making, and improve operational efficiency across the division. Responsibilities Provide executive administrative and operational support to REMD leadership. Coordinate and track projects, action items, deliverables, and executive taskings. Prepare executive briefings, presentations, reports, meeting materials, and correspondence. Schedule and coordinate meetings, working groups, executive reviews, and Town Hall events. Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, action item logs, and follow-up documentation. Maintain and update executive calendars, shared mailboxes, and distribution lists. Develop, edit, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Management Directives, and other program documentation. Support development of communications plans, newsletters, briefing materials, and organizational announcements. Collect, organize, analyze, and present data to support executive decision-making. Assist with development and maintenance of dashboards, performance metrics, and status reports. Coordinate with TSA Headquarters, DHS stakeholders, and external organizations to support program activities. Maintain SharePoint sites, document libraries, and collaboration tools. Support quality assurance reviews of contract deliverables prior to Government submission. Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend efficiencies. Perform additional administrative and program support duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Minimum 5 years of experience providing executive administrative, program management, or operational support to Federal Government organizations. Experience preparing executive correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials. Experience coordinating meetings, schedules, action items, and stakeholder communications. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams). U.S. citizenship. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), or other Federal civilian agencies. Experience supporting executive leadership within a program management office (PMO) or administrative organization. Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online, Power BI, Microsoft Project, or similar collaboration and reporting tools. Experience developing SOPs, policy documents, or executive guidance. Knowledge of Federal correspondence and reporting processes. Desired Skills Executive communication and presentation development. Meeting facilitation and stakeholder coordination. Security Requirements Ability to obtain and maintain the required TSA suitability/Public Trust determination prior to contract performance. Location Hybrid - Springfield, VA (primarily remote with occasional on-site support)
