Job Overview We are seeking a motivated, highly organized, and technology-savvy Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to executive leadership and the organization. This position plays an important role in maintaining efficient day-to-day office operations, coordinating schedules and communications, supporting technology needs, and providing exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. This individual should demonstrate strong communication skills, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Monday-Friday Flexible schedule available Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist with front desk operations, including greeting visitors and directing inquiries appropriately. Provide administrative support to executive leadership and assist with daily organizational priorities. Manage calendars, schedule appointments and meetings, and assist with meeting coordination. Draft, proofread, and distribute professional emails, correspondence, notices, reports, and other communications. Serve as a first point of contact for visitors, callers, employees, and external stakeholders. Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems and ensure records remain accurate and current. Perform data entry and maintain information within organizational databases and software systems. Assist with website updates, e-blast communications, databases, and other digital platforms when needed. Provide general technology support, including troubleshooting common computer, printer, software, and office equipment issues. Support virtual meetings and technology platforms, including Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Assist with ordering office supplies and maintaining appropriate inventory. Coordinate with team members to support efficient workflow and communication throughout the organization. Track deadlines, assignments, and follow-up items to help ensure timely completion. Anticipate scheduling, administrative, and logistical needs and proactively assist in resolving issues. Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Assist with special projects and organizational initiatives as assigned. Perform additional duties as necessary to support executive leadership and organizational operations. Comfortable working with websites, e-blast platforms, databases, and other digital systems. Ability to troubleshoot basic computer, printer, and office technology issues. Ability to quickly learn new software, CRM systems, databases, and project-management platforms. Discretion & Confidentiality Ability to appropriately handle confidential and sensitive information.
