full-time Our client is a fintech firm based in Austin, TX, operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. They're seeking an Executive Assistant to support C-suite leadership. Key Responsibilities Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics across multiple stakeholders Handle inbox management, correspondence, and prioritization on the executive's behalf Book and manage domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries, with the ability to quickly adjust plans as schedules change Prepare and format decks, memos, and materials for internal and external meetings Serve as a point of contact between the executive and clients, investors, and senior leadership Track action items and follow-ups from meetings Manage expense reporting and related administrative processes Manage venue, catering, and vendor logistics for these events Ideal Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executives Strong work ethic and reliability Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal Sound judgment and discretion with confidential information Proficiency with Google Suite/Microsoft Suite, travel booking platforms, and expense tools Based in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX; in-office presence required Candidates must already have legal authorization to work in the U.S.; the company will not provide employment-based visa sponsorship for this role Why Join Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership at a leading fintech company Fast-paced environment with exposure to high-level decision-making Competitive compensation and benefits Room to grow within the company The Equus Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer and takes pride in maintaining a diverse environment.
