- Position Summary
- This is an exciting opportunity to provide executive administrative support to a high-level Executive in our Hartford, Connecticut office.
- General Responsibilities
- + Proactively manages & coordinates daily schedule/calendar, contacts, travel arrangements, meetings (internal and external), conferences, and seminars.
- Required Qualifications
- + 10+ years of administrative experience supporting senior leadership. + Experience with Microsoft Office tools, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. + Demonstrated experience coordinating executive phone coverage, calendars, and detailed work and travel itineraries. + Willingness to travel 5-10% of the time to Hartford, CT office, if not commutable.
- Preferred Qualifications
- + Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the organization professionally in both telephone and face-to-face interactions.
- Education
- + Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience (4+ years of relevant experience + high school diploma or GED).
- Anticipated Weekly Hours
- 40 •Time Type•Full time •Pay Range•The typical pay range for this role is: $22.
