Georgetown, TX Job Type:
Part time, 20 to 25 hours per week

Job Summary As we continue to grow and expand our impact, we're looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to help support our team, our clients, and the continued growth of our practice. In this role, you'll manage leads and client communication, support day to day clinic operations, build meaningful community partnerships, and create engaging social media content that connects people to life changing care. You'll play a vital part in growing our reach, helping new clients discover hope and healing through whole person care, and ensuring every client has a top tier experience from their first interaction with our practice. Responsibilities Marketing & Outreach Post engaging content on Instagram and Facebook, including posts, stories, and polls Engage with 15 to 20 potential new clients each day Coordinate monthly community workshops, marketing events, and engagement opportunities Conduct local field marketing to build partnerships and referral sources Create and distribute marketing materials to build community and brand awareness Follow up with potential new clients in a timely manner through phone calls, email, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, and other approved communication platforms Sales & Communication Answer incoming calls, texts, emails, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner Effectively follow up with missed calls, appointment inquiries, and new client leads Confidently handle questions and objections about the clinic, our services, and our approach to care Reach out to clients to confirm appointments, intake form completion, rescheduling, cancellations, and booking new evaluations Clinic Support Greet all clients and provide new client tours Keep the clinic organized, clean, welcoming, and fully stocked Maintain handouts, product samples, and marketing materials Support client engagement through the clinic's exercise app and membership updates Assist with day to day administrative needs to help the clinic and team run smoothly Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask efficiently Ability to be flexible and pivot when necessary Experience in digital marketing and/or sales preferred Highly organized and detail oriented Comfortable taking initiative and working independently Comfortable with Canva, social media platforms, and email marketing tools Familiarity with Google Workspace, Go High Level, or Jane is a plus Experience in a healthcare setting is a bonus, but not required Schedule Part time, approximately 20 to 25 hours per week Flexible schedule with shifts available Monday through Saturday Some Saturday availability preferred based on clinic and provider schedules Benefits Bonus opportunities Supportive, team focused work culture Professional growth in administration, marketing, sales, and healthcare In person, hands on role making a real impact Requirements Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Georgetown, TX before starting work Occasional local travel may be required for community events How to Apply Apply today to be part of a growing, passionate team that's making a difference in people's lives.
