Job Description
Description We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and =+ years of experience Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to executives, managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, facilitating communication, and overseeing a variety of administrative projects and operational initiatives. The ideal candidate is a resourceful detail oriented who anticipates needs, exercises sound judgment, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

$34/Hr Schedule:
Monday- Friday (8:00am
- 5:00pm) or (8:30am
- 5:30pm) Contract to permanent: 3 month contract period before conversion Essential Duties & Responsibilities Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and scheduling priorities.
- At least 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, or similar high-level support role.
- Background providing direct support to C-suite leaders in a fast-moving business environment.
- Strong expertise in calendar management, meeting coordination, and executive scheduling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across all levels of an organization.
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with sound judgment and discretion.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including document preparation, presentations, and reporting.
- Demonstrated strength in organization, prioritization, and handling multiple responsibilities with close attention to detail.
- Experience with travel coordination, meeting documentation, vendor support, or contract tracking is strongly valued.
