Executive Assistant | temp to hire | Lewisville, TX 75057 We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to executive leadership. This role requires a polished professional with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience supporting senior executives and Board-level activities.Responsibilities:
Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements. Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials. Coordinate Board of Directors and executive leadership meetings, including agendas, board packets, and meeting minutes. Track expense reports and maintain confidential records, contracts, and official documents. Serve as a professional point of contact for executives, board members, stakeholders, and guests. Assist with special projects, research, and administrative support as needed.Qualifications:
6+ years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative support experience. Experience supporting C-suite executives (CEO, COO, Executive Director, etc.). Board of Directors support experience preferred. Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat. Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Preferred:
Experience in municipal government, utilities, public sector, or engineering environments. Experience with document management systems such as Laserfiche.
