Adventure Park is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. This is not an administrative position for someone who simply checks boxes. We are looking for a strategic partner, master organizer, and problem solver who can anticipate needs before they arise and keep the Director focused on leading the business. If you are the person who walks into a room and immediately starts creating order, loves solving problems without being asked, and believes details matter because people matter, we'd love to meet you. Position Summary The Executive Assistant serves as the Director's right hand, providing high-level administrative, organizational, and operational support. This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude. The ideal candidate is proactive rather than reactive, solutions-oriented rather than problem-focused, and understands that anticipating needs is just as important as responding to requests. What You'll Do Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, meetings, and appointments. Monitor and prioritize emails, correspondence, and communications. Anticipate the Director's needs and proactively prepare information, materials, and solutions before they are requested. Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met. Serve as a liaison between the Director, leadership team, vendors, and employees. Draft professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials as required. Maintain highly organized electronic and paper filing systems. Assist with HR functions including employee communications, record keeping, recruiting support, and confidential personnel matters. Support marketing initiatives including social media, promotions, special events, community outreach, and internal communications. Help coordinate company events, meetings, and special projects. Research issues, identify solutions, and make recommendations to improve efficiency. Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity and discretion. Able to maintain confidentiality at all times. Passionate about creating exceptional experiences for both employees and guests. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting an executive, owner, or senior leader. Human Resources experience preferred. Marketing, communications, or social media experience preferred. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling platforms. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
