Job Title:
Executive Assistant / Real Estate Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with experience in the real estate industry to support C-suite executives and facilitate smooth business operations. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support, managing confidential information, and coordinating various activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong project management abilities, and a keen eye for detail to thrive in a dynamic real estate environment. Duties Provide executive administrative support to senior management, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating internal communications. Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Arrange business travel plans, including transportation, accommodations, and itineraries. Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and other functions to ensure seamless execution. Assist with project management tasks, tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met. Collaborate closely with C-suite executives to prioritize tasks and facilitate effective decision-making. Draft, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and other business documents requiring strong writing skills. Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to important documents and records. Support internal communication efforts across departments to promote transparency and collaboration. Perform additional administrative duties as needed to support the overall efficiency of the organization. Skills Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role within the real estate market or related industry. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective internal and external correspondence. Proficiency in calendar management tools, office software (such as MS Office Suite), and project management applications. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to anticipating needs. Experience coordinating business travel arrangements and organizing events or meetings. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with executives and team members at all levels. Pay:
$15.00 - $28.78 per hour
