Job Description

We are a fast-growing combat sports brand and distributor serving customers, gyms, retailers, and athletes nationwide. As the company grows, I'm looking for someone who can become my right hand—someone I trust to handle problems, follow through on tasks, communicate with team members, and keep things moving without needing constant direction. This is not a corporate executive assistant position. There are no endless meetings, unnecessary reports, or layers of bureaucracy. I need someone who can help take work off my plate, solve problems, and help run the day-to-day operations of the business. The Role Your job is simple: make my life easier and help the business run more efficiently. You'll help manage priorities, communicate with employees and vendors, follow up on important tasks, handle administrative work, and take ownership of projects that would otherwise consume my time. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, dependable, and capable of figuring things out without needing step-by-step instructions. Responsibilities Handle tasks and projects that would otherwise require the CEO's time Follow up with employees, vendors, and partners to ensure things get done Help manage daily business operations Coordinate schedules, travel, and logistics when needed Respond to emails, messages, and inquiries on behalf of the CEO when appropriate Research solutions, gather information, and present recommendations Track important deadlines and priorities Help resolve operational issues before they become bigger problems Assist with hiring, onboarding, and team coordination when needed Take ownership of projects from start to finish Act as a reliable point person when the CEO is unavailable What We're Looking For Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong communication skills Self-starter who doesn't wait to be told every step Comfortable making decisions and solving problems Able to manage multiple priorities at once Professional, trustworthy, and discreet Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly Bonus Points Experience working directly for a founder or business owner Operations, project management, or leadership experience Experience in e-commerce, distribution, logistics, or consumer products Familiarity with combat sports, fitness, martial arts, or sporting goods
