Job Description

The Experience of Time is seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Executive Lifestyle Management Assistant (ELMA) to support a busy family by managing the day-to-day operations of their household. This is a long-term, part-time position for someone who enjoys creating order, anticipating needs, and taking ownership of recurring household responsibilities. The initial hours are every Monday, 8-10 a week and will increase as the client becomes comfortable with the selected ELMA Responsibilities include managing laundry, household organization, coordinating errands and appointments, transporting the family dog to daycare, researching products and services, supporting family events, and ensuring the home runs smoothly through proactive planning and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is dependable, highly organized, discreet, loves dogs, and enjoys creating systems that make life easier for others. Strong communication skills, highly organized, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently are essential.
