We are offering a great opportunity for a full-time Executive Assistant. Responsibilities Coordinates activities and/or provides senior level administrative support for the Executive Director which requires an understanding of complex processes, data, and/or operations of community services board operations; creates and/or maintains associated documents and/or databases, arranges/coordinates meetings, special events; updates supervisor of critical issues/events; provides detailed responses to requests for information; reviews and updates administrative procedures; prepares and files required metrics and regulatory reports; and serves as administrative coordinator for annual budget process. Serves as Clerk to the Board of Directors and is responsible for related tasks to support governance responsibilities. Requirements High school diploma or general education diploma (GED). Minimum five (5) years position-related experience and specialized training to perform a wide variety of executive administrative support. Or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge and abilities. Valid VA drivers license with an acceptable driving record. Preferred Eight (8) years position-related experience and specialized training to perform a wide variety of executive administrative support. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of executive level support service management. Demonstrated proficiency in use of office equipment, office software suites, and relevant platforms approved for use. Knowledge of routine data and budget management. Knowledge of procurement and purchasing procedures; organizational dynamics. Ability to assist with grant preparation and research activities. Special work conditions Ability to lift up to 35 pounds (ex. supplies for meetings, items delivered to exec admin, etc.).Work evenings when required to address board/agency functions.

Travel throughout the Commonwealth including overnight when applicable. Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry report will be required upon selection.

Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace. Annual Salary Range Grade S-N8 $60,861.00 - $68,468.00 Excellent fringe benefits
