DESCRIPTION
You'll be an experienced planner and coordinator who responds effectively and efficiently. Key requirements include understanding business priorities, proactively anticipating needs, driving improvements for geographically dispersed teams, and maintaining strict confidentiality and data privacy. You must complete complex tasks quickly with minimal guidance, react with appropriate urgency, and take effective action independently. Key job responsibilities Responsibilities include complex calendar management, tracking key deliverables, coordinating travel and expenses, organizing team activities and events, coordinating meeting agendas, space planning, and ad hoc project coordination. This role requires five (5) days per week in office. Key job responsibilities Manage complex calendar scheduling and domestic/international travel coordination Track and drive completion of key deliverables with proactive follow-up Coordinate and submit expense reports Organize and execute team activities including meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and social events Partner with leadership and Executive Assistants to support organizational needs Manage team space planning, office moves, and reconfigurations Exercise sound judgment across diverse situations Demonstrate strong administrative, technical, and organizational capabilities Navigate ambiguity and make autonomous decisions when appropriate Foster a positive work environment for the team A day in the life A day in the life Your day will be a dynamic blend of strategic coordination and proactive problem-solving. You'll manage intricate calendars, orchestrate cross-functional communication, and ensure our leadership team operates with maximum efficiency. From coordinating international travel to preparing comprehensive meeting agendas, you'll be the behind-the-scenes catalyst that keeps our organization running smoothly.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience High school or equivalent diploma Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications Experience with executive level calendar management Experience working with large global teams

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
