Job Description

Description We're seeking an Executive Assistant to support multiple leaders in the Secure Tools Foundation Organization (STF) of Amazon Security. This role requires attention to detail, high organizational skills, excellent business judgment, diplomacy working with CISO offices across Amazon Security, and a high aptitude working with Executive offices across Amazon. You will maintain a high level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information and demonstrate professionalism when interacting with senior leaders. The STF organization has brought together multiple teams and organizations from across Amazon Security to make security easier for everyone. We work together to eliminate unnecessary steps in security processes, fix underlying problems through automation and better safeguards, and create helpful tools that make security tasks simpler for people to complete. What this means to our STF Executive Administrative team is we directly enable our leaders to make security easier for everyone by streamlining administrative processes, anticipating calendaring needs, and creating efficient systems that allow executives to focus on eliminating security barriers across Amazon. Our team is small but mighty as no job is too big or too small; rolling up our sleeves and getting the work done without ego is our modus operandi. This role requires five (5) days a week in office. Key job responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendar scheduling, including prioritizing meeting requests and resolving conflicts
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, create detailed itineraries using cost effective air/hotel/ground transportation, and process expense reports
  • Handle confidential security-related information with appropriate discretion
  • Strong team collaboration skills with ability to build effective working relationships
  • Team Coordination and Administrative support
  • Organize, execute, and assist with team activities including but not limited to staff meeting agendas, on-sites/off-sites, town halls, monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Partner with the Lead EA on administrative process improvements, maintaining organizational structure, and assisting with seat assignments for the STF Organization
  • Ability to complete complex tasks with minimal guidance
  • High judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Aptitude for prioritization and managing calendaring with diplomacy
  • Ability to react appropriately to urgent security situations requiring quick turnaround
  • Experience working in small, high-impact administrative teams preferred

  • 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
  • High school or equivalent diploma
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading process improvements
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
