ResponsibilitiesProvide executive-level administrative support to senior leaders and leadership teamsManage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and arrange travelPrepare agendas, presentations, reports, correspondence, and other executive materialsCoordinate projects, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely follow-up on key action itemsAct as a liaison between leadership, employees, clients, and external contactsHandle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of professionalismSupport event coordination, board meeting preparation, and special projects as needed
