Job Description
Description Robert Half is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leadership at a respected organization in the Spokane area. This opportunity is ideal for a highly organized candidate who excels at anticipating needs, handling sensitive information with discretion, and serving as a trusted partner to executives. The right candidate will be skilled, resourceful, and confident working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
+ Provide executive-level administrative support to senior leaders and leadership teams
+ Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and arrange travel
+ Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, correspondence, and other executive materials
+ Coordinate projects, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely follow-up on key action items
+ Act as a liaison between leadership, employees, clients, and external contacts
+ Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of professionalism
+ Support event coordination, board meeting preparation, and special projects as needed Requirements Qualifications + 5+ years of experience providing administrative support to executives or senior leaders
+ Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
+ Sound judgment and a proven ability to maintain confidentiality
